Enterprise agentic workflows
Agentic workflows built inside the infrastructure you already run.
Most utilities do not need another platform. They need the work that already crosses six systems and four departments to stop being reassembled by phone. Vantomic writes the organizational playbook, builds the agents on your existing systems of record, and ships the AIBOM, governance and guardrails that let a regulated organization actually put them into service.
What we deliver
Playbook, build, governance, guardrails.
Four parts of one engagement. Utilities that skip the first and third end up with a pilot nobody can approve; utilities that skip the fourth end up with one they cannot defend.
01
Organizational agentic playbooks
We write and implement the playbook a utility needs before it deploys a single agent: where agentic work belongs, who owns each agent, what it is allowed to touch, how value is measured, and how the programme scales past the first pilot without a governance rewrite.
- Opportunity map across departments, ranked by cost of delay
- Operating model, ownership and escalation paths per agent
- Adoption plan, training and a written list of what stays human
02
Agentic automation inside existing infrastructure
We design, build and implement agents and workflow processes on top of the systems a utility already runs — EAM, scheduling, document control, procurement, HR, chemistry, engineering change, outage and work management. No rip and replace, no new system of record, no write-back where it is not wanted.
- Read-only connectors to Asset Suite, Maximo, P6, PI, eSOMS and more
- Multi-discipline coverage: operations, maintenance, RP, engineering, supply chain
- Deployed inside your tenant, your region, your keys
03
AIBOM, governance and audit posture
Every system we deliver ships with an AI bill of materials: models, versions, prompts, tools, data sources, dependencies and their provenance, kept current as the system changes. Around it we build the governance a regulated utility has to be able to show — approval gates, change control, model cards, evaluation records and an audit trail per decision.
- AIBOM covering models, tools, prompts, data lineage and dependencies
- Policy, review gates and change control mapped to your existing QA process
- Evaluation suites and decision-level audit records retained for review
04
Safety systems and guardrails
Guardrails are engineered, not prompted. Deterministic computation under the model, privileges enforced at the database, closed answer catalogues, refusal outside scope, human arming for anything consequential, and a post-answer verification pass that fails the response on a mismatch — plus kill switches and rate, scope and blast-radius limits on every agent.
- Least-privilege execution with writes revoked at the database role
- Bounded autonomy: human arming, kill switches, scope and rate limits
- Post-answer verification against source, with logged refusals
Across the organization
One engine, every discipline.
The computation layer is discipline-agnostic. A new department is a connector and a rule set, not a new product — which is why a second and third workflow land far faster than the first.

Engagement
Start with one workflow that everyone already complains about.
We map it, price the delay it causes, build the agent against your systems read-only, and hand over the AIBOM and governance record with it.
