Who we are
Vantomic Inc. ("Vantomic", "we", "us") builds agentic enterprise software for nuclear and power generation. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through vantomicagentic.com.
Controller: Vantomic Inc., 795 Marie Rd, Wayside, WV 24985, United States. Privacy contact: info@vantomicagentic.com.
This notice covers our public website only. Data processed inside a customer deployment is governed by the agreement with that customer, where the customer is the controller and Vantomic acts on their instructions.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: name, work email, company, and the message you write.
- Technical log data generated when a page is served: IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Used for security and to keep the site running.
- Consent preferences: your cookie and privacy choices, stored in your browser.
- Analytics and marketing measurement: not currently in use. If we add it, it will run only after you consent, and this notice will be updated first.
Why we use it, and our legal bases (GDPR)
- To answer your enquiry and pursue a possible business relationship — legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
- To keep the site secure and available — legitimate interests.
- To remember your privacy choices — legal obligation and your consent.
- To measure site performance or run advertising, if enabled in future — consent only.
We do not sell or share your personal data
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Who processes data on our behalf
Each of these acts as a processor under written terms and may only use the data to provide the service to us.
- Our hosting and edge-delivery provider, which serves the site and retains short-lived request logs.
- Resend, which delivers enquiry emails from the contact form to our inbox.
- Microsoft, which hosts our business email inbox.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry emails: kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period, typically no more than 30 days.
- Consent preferences: stored in your browser for 12 months, then you are asked again.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, so personal data you send us is processed in the US. Where data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where applicable) together with the safeguards implemented by our processors. You can request details of these safeguards from us.
